In this context, portable odor gas analyzers, with their small and portable size, easy operation, and fast response, can achieve rapid on-site sampling and real-time analysis, helping law enforcement and technical personnel to identify pollution sources and quantify pollution levels in a timely manner, providing key data support for environmental law enforcement, pollution control, and emergency response, effectively solving the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, and becoming an important tool for safeguarding fresh air and resolving environmental conflicts.
System Overview
The OSEN-OU portable odor gas analyzer is a gas analyzer product independently developed by the company for emergency warning of sudden odor emissions, comparison and investigation of odor gases from pollution sources, and rapid detection of odor gases in ambient air. Compared with traditional manual laboratory testing methods, it has stronger timeliness and higher accuracy. It can simultaneously detect multiple odorous gases in the ambient air, with strong anti-interference ability, low detection limit, small size and easy portability. By combining with a fixed pollution source flue gas pretreatment system, it can achieve simultaneous detection of odorous gases and flue gas pollutants. The monitoring factors include various components such as methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, styrene, carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, trimethylamine, odor (OU value), etc. It can also be expanded to include gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, TVOC according to user needs.
principle
The portable odor gas analyzer is based on characteristic absorption spectroscopy, and its core consists of independently developed components such as a light source, spectrometer, and gas chamber. By utilizing the strong absorption characteristic spectra of gases such as methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, styrene, carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, trimethylamine, etc. in the ultraviolet range of 185nm-360nm, a high-resolution spectrometer and PLS algorithm are selected to achieve accurate measurement of various odor components.
System Characteristics
Using a long-life pulse xenon lamp light source, a long path gas chamber, and a high-resolution spectrometer, the detection limit is low and the anti-interference ability is strong
The system is equipped with excellent temperature control components, with low temperature drift and strong environmental adaptability. By using PLS algorithm, it can effectively eliminate cross interference between components and accurately provide the concentration values of odor factors
Equipped with multiple communication protocols and positioning functions, the device will transmit concentration information and latitude and longitude positions in real time, providing data assistance for emergency warning and ecological environment law enforcement
Optional accessories include large capacity mobile power banks, fixed pollution source exhaust gas pretreatment systems, portable sampling rods, etc., to achieve rapid detection of organized emissions of odorous gases from fixed pollution sources.
