The farm disinfection and sterilization patrol and feeding robot, combined with autonomous mobile platform, intelligent perception system and automatic operation module, can independently complete daily patrol, environmental disinfection and sterilization, feed pushing and other tasks in the farm. Through real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity, air quality and animal status, the system can accurately analyze the breeding environment and animal health status, automatically plan disinfection and sterilization routes and feed feeding amount, and achieve standardized and scientific management. Robots support long-term unmanned operation, reducing labor costs while minimizing cross infection and human error, improving the overall safety and management level of the breeding farm.


hardware upgrade
1. Chassis
Using the Xiaobai 6-wheel 6-wheel drive independent steering chassis, it can turn 360 ° in place, cross obstacles by 10 cm, climb slopes by 30 °, and optional anti slip rubber tracks.   
2. Pushing module (patented quick release structure)
Type: Front mounted bidirectional spiral drum+elastic rubber scraper, width 1.2 m (foldable to 0.8 m);   
Control: Electric lifting 0-15cm, automatically bounces up in case of obstacles to prevent foreign objects from being caught up;   
Material: Food grade TPU scraper+304 stainless steel drum, corrosion-resistant and easy to rinse.   
3. disinfection and sterilization module
Same specifications as the second generation Xiaobai, with a swing nozzle range of 10-15m and adjustable fan/fog shape.

Software and Features
1. Task planning
Based on the digital cowshed map, two modes can be arranged: "disinfection and sterilization before pushing" or "disinfection and sterilization pushing parallel";   
Automatically split tasks by column, with a minimum channel width of 1.5m for each task unit.   
2. Intelligent material pushing strategy
AI vision calculates the width of feed overflow in real-time and only activates the drum in areas ≥ 3 cm;   
Adaptive speed: 0.8m/s for straight lines and 0.4m/s for turns, ensuring that the feed does not scatter.   
3. disinfection and sterilization Strategy
Support concentration zoning: high concentration in the fecal tract and low concentration in the feeding area;   
Wind adaptive algorithm, automatically reduces atomization angle when crosswind>3 levels.   
4. Automatic charging and fluid replenishment
Low battery, low liquid level automatic return to the "supply station": 5 minutes for battery replacement+2 minutes for refilling/cleaning;   
No manual intervention is required throughout the process, running continuously for 24 hours.   
5. Logs and Traceability
Automatically generate disinfection and sterilization&pushing log: fields, dosage, pushing area, abnormal photos, cattle temperature;   
Support integration with mainstream systems such as Afimilk, Afijin, and Ranch Cloud.
