The portable gas monitoring device is an industrial grade portable equipment designed for rapid on-site monitoring of methane and ethane two-component gases. It adopts mid infrared cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS-CEAS) technology, combined with pump suction sampling method, and integrates a self-developed compact, long path multiple reflection ultra stable cavity. Combined with wavelength modulation and normalization data processing algorithms, it achieves high-precision capture of target gases.

Support real-time online data collection and analysis, combined with pump suction sampling method, quickly capture gas concentration changes, and the response time can be flexibly adjusted between 0.1s and 10s, providing timely feedback on monitoring results.

Wireless remote data transmission can be achieved through 5G/NB IoT, or wired transmission through USB, RS485/RS232, making it convenient for users to view and store monitoring data in real time, providing support for subsequent analysis.
