The frequency of ecological and environmental law enforcement, construction site inspections, community disturbance investigations, and on-site inspections in industrial parks continues to increase. The on-site noise inspection scenes are scattered and the points are not fixed. Traditional fixed monitoring equipment cannot be flexibly moved, and ordinary handheld decibel meters can only read instantly, lacking continuous sampling, data storage, and automatic recording functions. On site evidence collection and working condition traceability lack complete data support, making it difficult to meet the requirements of normalized environmental law enforcement and accurate on-site evidence collection.
