The OSEN-FY6014 online planktonic bacteria sampler is a porous suction sampler used in online monitoring systems. The sampler consists of a sampling head and an independent pump. The sampling head is made of 304 stainless steel material with a mirror finish on the surface, which is high-end and atmospheric. 218 mesh p0.5mm microporous design reduces bacterial overlap and minimizes microbial counting errors. The sampling head bracket is thick and stable, avoiding shaking of the culture dish during the sampling process, which may cause counting errors. The independent pump body is also made of 304 stainless steel material, which meets the requirements of GMP standards. Built in long-life fan, capable of continuous operation for 10000 hours with minimal vibration and low noise. At the same time, precise digital flow sensors are used to monitor the flow in real-time. Through intelligent algorithms, the flow negative feedback self adjustment function is achieved to ensure the stability of the sampling flow, which is not affected by environmental interference and ensures the accuracy of the sampling results.
