Background of using online laser dust particle counter
In industries such as electronic manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and precision instrument processing that require extremely high environmental cleanliness, dust particles in the air can lead to a decrease in product yield, distortion of experimental results, and even pose safety risks - for example, tiny dust in chip production workshops can cause short circuits in circuits, and microbial particles in pharmaceutical workshops may contaminate drugs. Traditional dust particle monitoring often adopts the method of manual timed sampling and laboratory analysis, which not only cannot reflect the dynamic changes in particle concentration in the environment in real time, but also cannot capture instantaneous pollution. Moreover, the sampling interval is long and the data lags behind, making it difficult to meet the needs of continuous production and strict quality control. With the upgrading of industries and the improvement of clean environment standards, as well as the dependence of automated production on real-time monitoring, there is an urgent need for a tool that can continuously and accurately monitor the number and particle size distribution of dust particles in the air. In this context, online laser dust particle counters have emerged, which capture particle information in real time through the principle of laser scattering, transmit data in real time and trigger alarms, providing data support for dynamic control, pollution tracing, and quality tracing of clean rooms, thereby ensuring stable and compliant production and experimental environments.
OSEN-2510L 0.1um online laser dust particle counter
The OSEN-2510L 0.1um laser dust particle counter is a new generation product independently developed by our company. The counter is based on the principle of light scattering and uses photoelectric sensing technology to detect the particle size and count the number of dust particles. Compared to regular high flow particle counters, this instrument detects particles with smaller diameters and can detect particles as small as 0.1um. It is suitable for Class 10 and Class 1 ultra clean environments; Suitable for ultra clean scenarios such as electronics, semiconductors, LCD panels, micro nano processing, aerospace, precision processing, new materials, research institutes, etc.
