The aerosol particle counting monitoring system is a technical device based on the principle of laser scattering, which is a multi-channel particle counting sensor that can accurately measure particles containing 0.3 μ m There are six commonly used particle sizes in the industry, namely 0.5 μ m, 1 μ m, 3 μ m, 5 μ m, and 10 μ m. Widely used in various environments that require strict control of air quality, such as semiconductor manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical workshops, hospital operating rooms, and other places with extremely high cleanliness requirements.
The aerosol particle counting monitoring system adopts industrial grade lasers and photosensitive components, combined with our company´s first generation light scattering particle monitoring technology, carefully calibrated optical and gas path structures, as well as a new generation of high-frequency weak signal processing circuits and high-precision particle recognition algorithms, to more accurately measure the concentration of various environmental particles with cleanliness requirements. The system mainly consists of five core components, each of which plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate operation and efficient performance of the entire system.

The system is equipped with on-site sound and light alarms (with on-site noise reduction function), and can support SMS alarm function. Users can freely set the level of over limit alarm and pre alarm.
Configure a multi-color alarm to provide audible or visual alarm signals on the production site. Therefore, the alarm light should be placed in a prominent position and the alarm can be converted into a multi-color signal light display. An optional SMS alarm can also be selected.
